Michael Kenny and his crew were great. He showed us many examples of wood flooring that we were interested in and came up with the perfect one. He and his crew were very respectful while at our home and wore masks even without being asked. The installers (Kevin and Steve) were friendly and very professional. The prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install new flooring.

Michael came over to make a quote within a couple of days, quoted a fair price that was competitive and his A-crew was done within three days. Porferio and Jesse were awesome and showed up early, friendly, hardworking. They did a great job. I have no problem referring them to anyone.

Great, solid company. Excellent customer service. We had a very small job involving tile, so out of our league, and Michael (the owner) was more than accommodating and so helpful throughout the process. He was quick to respond and reliable. Good, clear communication and was available by cell when needed. Thanks to Michael and Phil for making this such a positive experience for us! We will be returning customers for sure!!!

Jessie did an awesome job on my new floor!  Floor looks great and was a great price for the work.  Michael Kenny was very nice and helpful.  Came out to my house on Thursday for a quote and the job was completed on Friday!  Thank you!

Had a serious problem with a stall shower in a rental.  Michael Kenny came out the next day.  As we talked through the job I realized he knew a lot  about the mechanics of a shower and the possible pit falls we might find.  He was reasonable and was able to start right away.  He was conscientious and kept me updated on the progress.  He did find more damage than we anticipated, but was able to take care of it with a very reasonable addition to the bill.  I will hire this company again and again and highly recommend them.

Kenny's responded very quickly after requesting a quote. They came out the next business day and gave a thorough assessment of the room that needed new carpeting. We also needed a custom baseboard molding repair in the hallway. They were able to locate the proper molding and make the repair. The job was done very quickly after the quote, everything looks great. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I bought a house late last year & it had new laminate wood floors in the 2 bedrooms & recently a strip between the bedroom and passage came loose. We decided to call the company who installed it to fix this, even though we were not the original customer. Husband called Michael & he arrived at the house in a couple of hours and fixed it, at no cost to us. Such great service and by the way the floors are really great. I will definitely call him if we need other new floors and being a Realtor, I will send my clients his way. Thanks Michael!

Wow.  Gucci team for tile work for sure.  

Due to a faulty install by the previous owner, I had been blessed with gift of water damage in my shower (not), which led to my entire shower having to ripped out including the flooring. Between this disaster and battling with my insurance, last thing I needed was a headache contractor.

After getting quite a few bids, Michael Kenny stood out the most. Professional, friendly, patient, reliable, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating/easy to work with. He knew what he was doing and from the get-go he explained what needed to be done, the cost, and project timeline. Because he was the most thorough when he provided the estimate, I knew he was the one. Even with a structural damage detour, he was very accommodating and worked with me when we had to push the work to a further date, and still completed the work on time.  

The completed tile work for the shower, niche, and floor was absolutely beautiful... evenly spaced, leveled - everything an ocd person could dream of in tile work.

Michael set the bar very high in terms of professional customer service and quality of work, and his team are true craftsmen.

Kenny's just finished redoing 4 of our bedrooms. They were great! They ripped up all the old, dirty carpet and put down laminate, and had it all done in 2 days. They were professional, polite, timely, and did an amazing job. The rooms look amazing. I will definitely use them again for any flooring work. Highly recommended!

This is my second 5-star review for Kenny's Custom Flooring.  2 years ago Michael Kenny and the amazing craftsman, Oscar, installed luxury vinyl planks for the remodel I was doing of my open space kitchen/living/dining/powder room.  I shopped around a lot last time, got several bids.

So when the front-load washer door burst open and I had a flood last month, I instantly knew who to go to for my floors.  Michael Kenny demonstrated incredible patience with me, as I kept changing my mind.  The stone in my entry had to be jackhammered out and my heart was set on replacing it with stone.  Michael gave me a bid, then I changed my mind, and then changed again.  With a smile in his voice, he kept up with my changes.  And all of this was done with some urgency as I was trying to get back to "normal."

Oscar, again, did my luxury vinyl floors.  Once again, the craftsman and problem solver came up with solutions that come from his experience and his insistence on quality.  He's just the best.

And on this job I was introduced to Ephraim, who laid my carpet.  The carpet has a pattern and Ephraim matched it perfectly!!  I swear, what Ephraim did looks better than the CGI images on the Shaw website.  No way you can find the seam - I've tried.  

I completely trust Michael Kenny to do my flooring.  He has assembled workmen who share in his attention to detail and quality work.

We worked with Kenny's team for some excellent floor replacement. It was not an easy job and it took half the day. But his skilled team was both friendly and professional and were able to rip up our old hardwood and replace it with new pieces. I would highly recommend anyone and I'm very satisfied.

Michael Kenny and his team just completed some tile work at my house, and I am more than happy.   They tiled two bathroom floors including shower/toilet areas and vanity areas, as well as a pebble stone mosaic over my existing shower pan tile.  All the areas look awesome!  I specifically asked for the tile to be installed in a straight line with the thinnest grout possible, so it would look almost like a solid surface.  I know that is a harder installation than a more typical staggered pattern with wider grout lines, but they aced it!   I originally found Kenny's Custom Flooring on Yelp, but after I decided to go with Michael Kenny to do the tile work, I was told by several other people in the flooring business that I had made a good choice, and I agree.  I was married to a flooring contractor for 25 years, so I know a little bit about flooring installation, and I could tell as soon as Michael came out to do an estimate that it was very apparent he knew what he was doing, and his price was very competitive.  As much as I don't love this trait, I know in my heart I am a perfectionist, and I am very often disappointed in the quality of work done by other contractors.  This was not the case here.  Michael went out of his way to make 100% sure I was happy with the job and let me know he stands behind his work, so if at any point in the future there is an issue to let him know and he will be more than happy to correct it.  This is unheard of in this industry, as most Contractors want to get in and out and don't want to deal with callbacks.

I am almost ready to have the rest of my house re-carpeted after some water damage, and I was originally going to use another outfit for the carpet installation.  However, now that I have seen the quality of work done by Kenny's Custom Flooring, I will be using Michael Kenny to do the carpet install also.  This kind of attention to detail, quality workmanship, and conscientiousness is hard to find and once you find a Contractor that is as much of a perfectionist as you are, you need to stick with them! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for someone to do a great job at a reasonable price, use Mike Kenny and his company. Mike is a super nice, reliable, and accommodating person. We had Mike do our backsplash in our kitchen, re-tile our fireplace, and lay down new tile in the kitchen. His workers, Jesus and Oscar were outstanding. They were on time, very detailed, and listened to our questions and concerns, as well as our design ideas.

Jesus laid our backsplash in a herringbone pattern and it looks outstanding. Oscar did our floors in our kitchen in a herringbone pattern and was the most thorough, attentive, craftsman I have seen.

We are extremely happy with Mike and his crew and we will definitely be using them again on other projects.
